Smartness and foresight of Dubey ji

this film revolves around a government employee his dreams and his

vision. prime character Name is Satyaram Dubey a 55 year old retiring

age Government servant who served government of UP in tourism department

almost for his whole life.

a simple and humble looking guy who knows only his duties and

Responsibilities. this film narrates a major twist when after retirement

he receive his savings and earnings as provident fund and gratuities

his entire life this guy have earned only white money inspite of being a

Government servant of Tourism Department.

never taken under table while having lot many opportunities from

corporate .. “naa rishwat khai naa khane di”. so because of his nature

he is popular No no no quite Unpopular & Unwanted between couligues

and department as he is known as “woh Tourism Dubey”.

So this was a bit about his work front. now lets see his second side his

family life.

So let me introduce his better half bhagwan Srimati Asha dubey ji.. so

dont go by her name she is not at all Happy with our ”Tourism Dubey ji”.

While marrying Government servant Dubey ji Ashaji dreamt of luxurious

and prestigious life (quick montage of younger couple) but with her

dismay Ashaji lost all hopes in fact when she realised her Government

servant Husband is a Honest employee who doesn’t take under the table.

So in short our ashaji has attitude of as she has got no chills

she is quite unhappy but still spent entire life with our dubey ji.

Our dubey ji has 2 kids

A son named Ratan

Sahabjade ke kya kehne Ratan is actually a shahzada of our film who

does nothing , who adds no value to dubeyji’s life IN short he is a

liability for dubey ji and reason of major concern for him. Because of

pressure from dubeyji he pursued MBA but after that he did nothing but

spent his fathers hard earned money in various business experiments.

Dubey ji has a ray of hope in his life A daughter named Rakhi (22)who

always have obeyed his decisions and fulfilled a proud girls duties. So

our dubeyji has reason for happiness in daughter but wait how can be

film can be complete without any twist.

So our so innocent girl falls in love in her college and goes against

dubeyji and marries love of life

Our second lead (Madhav Tripathi,age 24 ) architect by profession

The Story

Government employee satyaram dubey had a last day at his

work after serving 40 years of his duty as sarkari babu in

tourism department, as any other government employee he

has enjoyed luxury & lavish life and received all the benefits

government employee receives. hails from UP middle class

brahmin family, born and brought up in Varanasi.

father & mother had farm of acres plot by selling it they have

given education and made their son a government employee.

all this memories is running IN front of his eyes today as its

last day at his office, all colleagues have gathered to give him

send off. many of them are jealous of him and not treated him

with respect through his career time

today though its his last day, he has a secret plan ready for his

retirement days,

during his various visits to various tourist spots on

government account, he has lived a happy life , but he had

reserved one riverside plot which is a hut and dump yard type

property alongside his hut, his colleagues thought he made

huge mistake by investing huge amount from his vrs buying

this useless hut which has no value in market.

The Story continuous

as its his last day at his office, all colleagues have gathered to give him send off. many of them are jealous of

him and never treated him with respect through his career time, as he has a good happy family, loving wife a

house wife, a son who is educated and done his MBA in marketing, willing to start his own business, waiting for

his father to invest in his business cause for him all babuji’s money belongs to him and he is legal heir of his

property.& a girl who is married to a guy of her choice by opposing family, but later family have accepted them.

now story moves forward to the present day happily everyone gives send off to him & his family overjoyed welcomes him. now story moves forward to the present day happily everyone gives send off to him & his family overjoyed welcomes him. the very next day everyone planning what will they do of his funds when he announced his a year ago decision of buying a riverside hut and plot of that money disappoints everyone and quarrel starts, his wife is upset with his decision, his son is very disappointed, and threaten to commit suicide, calls his sister to inform what has father done to vrs money. she reluctantly agrees and visit them, with architect SON IN LAW. All this quarrels make him upset ,one day quietly he leaves to bought plot and get it cleaned , start leaving inside the house, nobody knows how he manages to stay deserted place.. usually

quite place but he has hired people for gardening. he beautify that entire place.. he invite his son

in law alone who is lone supporter of his decision being civil engineer father in law ask his

involvement in his vision , which is

“without changing outer structure , he wanted to build underground resort , for visitors

and people the place seems as small Hut and one can enjoy village feel from garden area

but actually it has immensely developed and modernized ,full of amenities and services”

father in law ask him to keep this as secret from everyone including his daughter and his family ,

son in law agrees to this , and son in law madhav gives assurance to keep it secret , under the

name of construction project madhav is in baliya outstation with sasurji, and for satyaram

dubey’s family they are not aware where he has gone.

under supervision of satyaram ji as per his instruction

and vision madhav gives his best to make

underground modernized resort

post one month they are successful and complete the

construction and invite govt delegates to

the place which gave them opportunity to enroll it in one

of the best site of village.

slowly it becomes favorite destination of celebrity,

politician, govt high-class employees , word

of mouth and his intellectual and acumen make it famous

worldwide..

now his family , couligues, neighbor surprises to see him

on tv , magazine and talk of town his

father who went missing

his wife who was only concerned member in family for her

husband is now happy to see his

success, she realized her mistake why she agreed and

protested her husbands decision..

jiddi son who created all drama suddenly realized his

fathers deeds. , daughter is neutral in this

entire drama is happy and proud on her father got surprise

to see her husbands project..

satyaram ji happily involved his son in his resort project

now. and they live happily ever after..

underground resort is ready and he got

fabulous response worldwide to his concept.

recognition. tashan between son in law and

son ends on happy note.

So family and son’ s reaction who always

wanted to be businessman. His wife ashajis

reaction her dream to be a successful mans

wife material and they regret deserting him

in his worst days.

They reunite back and happy ending of our

film.

for his extra honesty.

rules has to take son in law’s help to achieve his dream to

whom he abandoned initially only  who gave him recognition

and believed in his decision when every other person has

deserted him.
